KZNPPHC established a Training Academy in 2009. Intake is 3 times a year and depends on a minimum of 25 learners per class. The following courses are offered
Since 2004 KZNPPHC has been involved in a learnership programme in alignment with the National Skills Development Strategy to bridge skills gaps in different employment levels including employed and unemployed categories.
