We take the time that is required to understand the employment needs of our clients, which leads us to the successful match a client needs with the skill set and career goals of each candidate we select. We also devote time to learn about every aspect of our candidates’ career history and personal information in order to match accordingly.
Once we have determined the objectives of a search, we indentify suitable candidates. We then generate a short list of the suitable candidates and refer them to the client for interviews. References and ITC/Criminal checks will be presented on completion of the requisite searches.
