OutSearch is an owner driven company, Jeanine van den Berg who has been described by her clients and candidates as a passionate individual with strong customer focus and results orientation.

 

She has had over 14  years’ experience in a Financial Recruiting Agency in Durban where she started in 1998 and progressed from a Junior Consultant through to Branch Manager. Jeanine has gained invaluable exposure servicing a diverse group of clients throughout South Africa within the Financial Services, Retail and Manufacturing sectors as well as various NGO’s across South Africa.

 

Jeanine is married and  is the proud mom of 3 children and resides in La Lucia.  Jeanine comes from  humble beginnings in a single parent home as a only child, her mother  was a diabetic who passed away in June 2010, she was an inspiration to Jeanine and motivated and encouraged her never to give up on her dream of owning her own business and making a positive impact to those around her.
