The candidate will need to solicit new customers, service existing customers, employ (where necessary) suitably experienced blue-collar labour, employ skilled sales consultants and will ultimately need to work at steering the business in achieving and exceeding its company targets for the region.
The ideal candidate will assume full control and responsibility of the company, and must immediately work on sales and build the business so as to allow for sustainable growth.
Qualifications/ Experience

Qualifications/Experience

Matric - preferably with Accounting, Business Economics and Mathematics

Civil Engineering Diploma or a technical qualification in a trade

Ability to speak Zulu would be an advantage

3 - 5 years’ experience in a maintenance, building supervisor or civil engineering related field.
